It was also announced that Aizen will be joining the game at launch. The announcements were made during a special broadcast, which you can watch below.
BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War recently finished airing its fourth and final cour, which revealed a special ending movie after the finale. Tite Kubo had previously said it would include even more original material than the previous parts, expanding the manga’s final battles. This was proven even more accurate than expected in Episode 45, where a brand-new Ichigo form and Orihime Inoue scene were shown.
Created by Tite Kubo, BLEACH was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2001 to 2016 and concluded with 74 volumes. The manga has exceeded 130 million copies in circulation worldwide, making it one of the best-selling manga series of all time.
The original anime adaptation aired from 2004 to 2012 and received four theatrical films. The franchise returned in 2022 with BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War, adapting the manga’s final arc.
